I have one thing to say about your service.

It is Absolutely AMAZING!

I had my site running on one of those “DEDICATED” servers that hosting companies advertise “at low cost”, the VPS I have from you blows it out of the water!

I have had nothing but hassle from my previous host. Their dedicated server doesn’t even come close to the VPS that I have from you! MediHosts.com has reaffirmed my trust in hosting companies.

Media-Hosts.com is the ONLY host that I have been with to send a “follow-up email” to see how things are going! I plan to move all of my sites over to you guys.

Keep Up the great service and hosting. You guys are the best!

I have hosting right now, for some sites on shared, as well as some across my VPS’s. One of my VPS’s over at ThrustVPS decided to act up after a server move, and thats when I knew it was time that things had to change.

So I sent an e-mail over to the guys at openvz.ca after seeing it on Lowendbox, and guess what?

The dude had it set up in a day. He moved my sites over for free, and got me started.. Then, he responded to all my tickets in 10 Minutes.

Finally! I have what I want: A Local Canadian Host + good Working Server + Good Support.

I can’t say how much I want to thank everyone at OpenVZ.CA, you people are AMAZING.

New user, long time lurker. I don’t normally post reviews, but these guys blew me away. I switched to OpenVZ.ca (which is actually Media Hosts) recently due to their amazing VPS plans. They are located in Montreal at one of Netelligent’s data centres. Having never heard of them before I figured for the low cost, if the service was terrible I was only out a few dollars.

I purchased the $5/month “Small” VPS package, which has 15GB storage with 128MB RAM burstable to 256. I added on additional RAM and now have 512MB burst to 1GIG.

Initial setup was fast and painless. I was transferring my domain over as well and there were some problems with my previous host and Enom which dragged out for 2 days. Joseph from Media Hosts kept in touch with me the whole time, responding to updates to the ticket within minutes (I’ll admit, I was impatient) and in the end provided me with some advice for my previous host to expedite the transfer and work around their issues with Enom. Media Host’s support is nothing short of excellent.

Not much to say about the service itself (which is a good thing!), the VPS is very snappy and I’ve had no performance issues whatsoever. I’m well versed in Linux and everything is working fine as far as the service goes.

I’ve only been a customer for 3 days, however I will say they’ve impressed me a lot so far. I’ll update in a few months time when I’ve been using it for awhile.
