Due to the increasing amount of fraudulent orders we have been receiving. As of February 1st 2012, all new clients (or clients who do not have at least one active order in their account), will need to complete an automated phone call verification on submission of their first order.
This phone call will be the last step in the checkout process. An automated system will call the telephone number you provide when entering your billing information. It will read out a four (4) digit code twice. You will need to enter this code on your screen to finalize the checkout process.
If this step is not completed, your order will need to be manually reviewed and processed, which will increase the time for activation.
At the current time, we expect that this system will help to improve the overall stability and quality of our services, and help keep our overhead costs (mostly related to chargebacks and fees) to a minimum in our effort to keep our pricing at industry low levels.
